2. To have your products arrive undamaged and in first-class condition

3. To be helpful with any post-purchase questions, issues or reorders

4. To utilize modern information technology and great shippers for rapid, accurate, low-cost, competent delivery.

All freight is prepaid and added to invoice unless otherwise specified. We are willing to ship under your freight account. Put your freight shipper name, their phone number, and your account information in the Order Notes of your order.

Below is a map showing the freight transit times for the delivery of products shipped from Springfield, MA.

For fluid products, the product is fulfilled from Springfield, MA, or Philadelphia, PA. Fluid products will get shipped on the day after an order is placed. If you need an order expedited for same day shipping and it is before 1 pm, please call us - we may be able to make it happen. For skimmers and other non-fluid products, allow 1 week (5 business days plus a weekend) before the product is shipped. Active Cutting Fluids will advise freight rates for most cost-effective carrier for shipments outside of the Northeast states.

We only ship products to addresses within the continental United States.

In reference to the shipment of any products containing hazardous materials purchased on our website, please note that once the item is on the truck for delivery, the BUYER is 100% responsible for the product.
